My Role at TEI: I’m a proud member of the TEI Group Sales team where I direct sales and oversee the contract review process for new and existing business. My role spans across all TEI departments, facilitating communication from office and field to ensure seamless transaction and service delivery. I work closely with the TEI leadership team reporting on challenges and successes, strategic planning for better business and improved client relations.
What I’d Like Customers to Know: My professional career began on the ownership side of the New York Real Estate industry affording me a well-balanced perspective to what matters most to our customers in providing service. With over 10 years of experience in building operations and business development, I joined TEI Group in September 2022 and began integrating effective processes to drive sales, manage customer relations and improve on service delivery. What I’d like our customers to know is TEI Group’s stellar reputation is a product of hard work, teamwork, and the everyday reminder we’re here to anticipate and exceed customer expectation.
