All of our TEI Group maintenance mechanics are well-trained under seasoned veterans in the field, many of which hold New York City Department of Buildings Elevator Inspector licenses, a testimony to the dedication and commitment of TEI’s workforce. When problems arise with an elevator’s heavy equipment you can rest assured that repairs are being made to the highest standards, by the safest means possible. Communication and resolution of problems is priority.
