TEI Group Awarded 30-Elevator Rehabilitation and Maintenance Project

More great news! TEI Group is proud announce that they have partnered with AECOM Tishman on Amsterdam Houses, located on 205 West 61st Street. This project includes the elevator rehabilitation and maintenance of thirty elevators.

Established in 1948, this 13-building complex houses 1,080 apartments, spanning across 9 acres of the Upper West Side, bordered by West 61st and West 64th Streets, from Amsterdam Avenue to West End Avenue.

Seminal jazz pianist James P. Johnson, actor Erik Estrada and actress Daphne Maxwell Reid were residents of Amsterdam Houses.
