New Contracts at TEI Group

2020 has brought many changes, but one thing that has not changed is the heart of TEI Group. Throughout this pandemic, we have been providing 100% service to our clients, while seeking new opportunities to expand our reach.

We are very happy to share that TEI Group has been awarded the following contract awards over the last few months: 

• Gilbane Building Company contracted TEI Group for Modernization-Replacement of One (1) Holed Hydraulic at their 1881 Broadway location with an estimated completion date of 6/30/21.

• JRM Construction Management contracted TEI Group for Modernization of One (1) device at their 120 Broadway Citibank location with an estimated completion date of 6/30/21. In addition, they contracted TEI Group for the Installation of Six (6) and Modernization of Eight (8) elevators at their 295 Fifth Avenue location with the completion date of 3/30/22.

• CORCON contracted TEI Group with a contract for the Installation of Two (2) Escalators at their 408 Fulton Street location with an estimated completion date of 9/30/21. 

•  Turner Construction contracted TEI Group for the Installation of Seven (7) MRLs, (2) Escalators and (2) Hydraulics at their Lincoln Center, David Geffen Hall location with an estimated completion date of 12/30/21.

• Plaza Construction contracted TEI Group for the Installation of One (1) Hydraulic at their 36 Central Park South location with an estimated completion date of 6/30/21.
