meet deadlines regardless of project size. Often the perception is that an independent
company does not have the ability to handle large scale projects, and that
couldn’t be further from reality."
John has amassed 14 years of experience in the elevator industry, the majority of which were spent at TKE where he held various project management and field supervisor positions, spending the past 6 years as the Construction Operations Manager for New York City. During his tenure his team executed several high profile projects such as NYU Kimmel Hospital, 425 Park Avenue, Queens Park Plaza, and 50 Hudson Yards. He loves the planning and problem solving that goes into successfully delivering a project on time and on budget. John is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a B.S. in Finance from the Stillman School of Business.
