As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Consultant to join our new team based in Tampa, FL that will help drive the expansion of TEI Group Southeast. 

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Retention:
  • - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
  • - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing client to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals
  • - Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and objectives 
  • - Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
3. Pipeline Management: 
  • - Building and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth across multiple lines of business
  • - Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and sales activities 
  • - Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team
4. Client Communication:
  • - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
  • - Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • - Always answer the phone
Qualifications:
  • - Minimum of 5 years of professional sales/account management 
  • - Upholds a high standard of professional integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions and decisions-making processes
  • - Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on service-based industries
  • - Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, client relationship development with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks without constant supervision
  • - Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in elevator industry strongly preferred 
  • - Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 
  • - Bachelor’s degree in professional Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
