Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. This position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial processes.

Duties:

• - Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while maintaining accurate records.
• - Month- End Closing
• - Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• - Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts payable.
• - Maintain accurate records and documentation
• - Utilize accounting software and financial software to streamline processes.
• - Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries regarding payments or account status.
• - Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks efficiently.
• - Stay updated on tax regulations and compliance related to accounts payable functions.

Experience:
