My Role at TEI
I run a department of five people covering two primary areas: resolving code violations found during regular city inspections, and scheduling the periodic elevator testing required by the local buildings department, be it New York City or another locality. Our group is also responsible for filing customer permits relating to elevator operation, maintenance, and repair. In one way or another, we're involved with every customer and every department in the company.
What I'd like Customers to Know
My staff and I give every account, and every individual customer, the time and attention necessary to ensure that we meet the requirements of the job at hand as well as their expectations of TEI. We bring our quality customer care philosophy to every client interaction. For us, personal attention is an essential part of providing professional service.
